DEPOSITS : $75 - $150
A deposit must be placed in order to book our team and lock in your “Service Date.” Failure to do so can potentially hurt your chances to receive said services. Any adjustments will be applied to the ending bill.
DOWN PAYMENTS : $150 - $500
Your “Down Payment” is in fact separate from the “Deposit”.
Your Down Payment will only be used for the renovation of a rental truck.
Your first 30 Local miles are free.
Your first 60 Intrastate miles are free.
Your first 120 Interstate miles are free.
Though there would be additional charges for any additional; days, gas, mileage, coverages and associated fees. All differences will be applied to your ending bill.
Any company that is moving across the interstate must have a registered number with the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT). A few states don't require any local registration or license for moving trucks or drivers. Local residential moving helpers do not require specific licensing in the state of Tennessee.
What separates Move In Helpers from bigger companies, we are NOT LICENSED OR BONDED though we do in fact offer minimal protection coverage at a fraction of the cost.
Other factors are limited to this time frame such as long walking distances, large oversized furniture, weather conditions, elevators, unclear information, customized furniture, over packed boxes and other uncontrollable variables must be considered. Once the movers have arrived the actual reflection of the Service Order Form Agreement can be accessed. Please understand that timing is essential. It's the little things that will add up that will save you money and precious time in the end.

Your estimate will be based “In-Comparison” on a scale that can be best described as XS - S - M - L - XL
Men Rates for Labor adjusted by hourly rates.
THOUGH YOU MAY OPT OUT OF “VALUATION COVERAGE” Additional charges may apply to ending bill due to Service “Time”, “Materials” and “Disassembly” / “Assembly” to protect the items against claims.
